Before starting your search, you need to know what your buying power or budget is, so that our agents can get your home search custom tailored to your wants/needs and price. Need a lender? We can connect you with one!

Buyer Consultation
Once you are pre-approved, you will want to meet with your agent to go over your wants and needs, understand the process, and get your custom search set up.

Showing Properties
Once you are pre-approved and your search has been set up, we can start looking at properties.

Making an offer
When you find a house you want to make an offer on, your agent will gather information about the sellers and make recommendations to submit a competitive offer.

Under Contract
After your offer has been accepted, your agent and our team will be present during the home inspections and final walkthroughs to ensure that everything is in order and that you stay on track for important contract dates. Any necessary paperwork that needs to be signed will be passed along to you, and any additional negotiations that arise will be handled by your agent.

Closing
After all contingencies have been satisfied and we have received the clear to close, we will meet you at the closing table to celebrate the purchase of your new home!
